Christine Campbell is a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Counselor. She is helping professional women lead healthier, happier and more balanced lives.
Christine is originally from Vancouver, Canada. She was a competitive synchronized swimmer and speed swimmer for 13 years and was trained by some of the worlds best Olympic coaches. Christine has trained alongside some of the top athletes in the world igniting her passion at a very young age for fitness, nutrition and healthy living. It being a lifelong lifestyle has made her a natural when it comes to teaching others how to incorporate healthy living into their lives.
Christine attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California. She graduated Phi Theta Kappa and proceeded for over a decade with a very successful career as a Fashion Designer. Although flourishing in the industry Christine found herself unhappy, overworked, stressed out and unfillfilled. She knew her purpose was for something greater. Christine's decision to transition away from the fashion world into health and wellness was due to her need and passion to make a positive difference in this world and in the lives of others .
Christine believes that nutrition of the mind, body and spirit is the key to internal and external health, beauty and happiness. Loving the skin you are in, feeling energetic and confident, knowing that you are treating your body with respect and living your life to the fullest comes from natural food choices, positive thinking, and a passion filled life.
Christine received her nutrition training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She leads workshops on nutrition, and offers individuals, and groups one on one health and wellness coaching.
