Vitamin C Boost Juice Recipe

Yummmmm! Absolutely Delicious! This Vitamin C Boost Juice recipe is great for newbie juicers whose taste buds have not yet adjusted to the 75% Veggie juice. This one is 75% fruit but still delivers a huge amount of beauty blasting nutrients to your body. It is also jam packed with Vitamin C so if you are feeling a little under the weather this is a great natural immunity boosting pick me up ; ).

Using all fresh Organic ingredients juice or blend the following...

1 Orange
2 Green Apples
1 small bunch of Kale or Romaine Lettuce
1 Lime's juice

If making a smoothie add 1 - 2 cups of filtered water to help with the consistency. Kale can make smoothies a little crunchy if not blended well. Play with the quantity of each ingredients amount to your desired taste.

Oranges ~ Vitamin C and Fiber

Green Apples ~ Low amount of Vitamin C and Fiber but a good source of flavonoids (special compounds that are anti-oxidant, anti-carcinogenic, and detoxifying)

Kale ~ Great Source of Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Iron and Fiber - Very high in beautifying anti-oxidant's and has been proven to be an anti-inflammatory!! (It can't get much better than that!!)

Limes ~ Vitamin C and Flavonoids (the recycling of vitamin C in our body depends on the presence of flavonoids)
