After the wedding, we caught a morning flight to San Francisco and raced to Candlestick Park to catch the opening Seahawks vs. 49ers game! I'm just learning to appreciate football so 'going' to the games is a much more entertaining way to learn and get excited than watching it on TV....so I've discovered ; ).
Following the game we dined at my favorite Bay Area restaurant the Waterbar. It has the freshest seafood with a menu for just oysters alone! It has an unbelievable view of the Golden Gate Bridge so you can only imagine how romantic the sunsets are from there.
The next morning we rented a gorgeous, masculine 2010 Camaro and raced up to Tahoe to see our new ski condo...I cannot wait for snow to enjoy it!! Beautiful!!! We stayed the night in a cute town called Kirkwood and had dinner in the coziest little restaurant - the Kirkood Inn. It is 147 years old! The next morning we enjoyed the city of Lake Tahoe with some sightseeing, a bit of gambling, a beautiful dinner admiring the lake, a quick stop at the famous Emerald Bay (breathtaking) and then back down to San Fran for a much needed sleep and then (whew!) back to Cabo!
Yes my friends.....it was a whirlwind!! An incredible trip that mixed in a little city life with some glamour, some tomboy sports action, followed by a scenic wilderness tour outside one of the world's most romantic cities. Not bad for a weekend getaway!

When it comes to being Glamorously Healthy it is more than eating natural, nutrient rich foods and taking care of your skin with natural products. A huge part of this lifestyle is living life to the fullest!! Being adventurous! Trying new things and supporting your relationships! Mix it up and have some fun!! I sure did that last week and I hope I have inspired you to get out there and have a little adventure yourself! You deserve it!!!
Health, Adventure and Happiness,
Christine
